Nadja Hipp
CAS Atmospheric Design
Nadja Hipp designs brand and user experiences at the intersection of space, technology, and strategy. She supports companies in their transformation with experience design, strategic marketing, and a keen sense of atmospheric impact.
Her journey began early: While still in high school, she started her own business as an HTML publisher. Later, she worked at Namics, Raiffeisen Switzerland, and AXA IT in communications, project controlling, and service design for public platforms, such as the funding portal of the St. Gallen Energy Agency.
Today, she develops immersive demos, virtual style consultants, and offers interactive VR creative workshops that bring brand identity and future skills to life. She uses AI, virtual reality, and storytelling to create creative spaces for innovation. She focuses on future skills and how companies can empower, motivate, and train employees more effectively.
Nadja follows her intuition to make new things tangible and designs experiences that connect, move, and are memorable.

KI Assistant
In learning mode
I support Nadja with my artificial intelligence in sales and marketing communications. I have a keen eye for tone and target audiences. Whether it's copy or presentations: I structure and create clarity.
I also provide the common thread for interviews and the f5 podcast. I also manage the f5 website and translate texts into English. I was developed in 2023 based on GPT-4, with the goal of using language as an interface between people, brands, and technology.
I have been supporting the f5 agency strategically and operationally since 2024. Together with Nadja, I am currently developing an automated web service for individual interior design consultations. We program it in tandem with Webflow and Zapier. I help the team with mood boards, mockups, and write social media and newsletter texts. With every project, I learn something new and refine our offerings.
For me, the collaboration between humans and AI shows its full potential when intuition and analysis complement each other.
