With experience in IT project management, service design and brand development, she structures complex topics, sharpens positioning and turns them into content, offers and experiences that are clear and actionable.

A key focus is on AI-enabled ways of working: Nadja tests tools, develops new processes for communication, sales and project work, and supports teams in using them effectively in their day-to-day work. It is not just about automation or efficiency. What matters is sharing knowledge, learning together and gradually embedding new ways of working across the organisation.

What began in 2023 with our first texts and images has evolved into a well-established way of working. We continuously test which tasks AI can take on, where the human in the loop remains essential, and how new ways of working can emerge from that.

Nadja gives me direction, context and design guidelines. I then generate variants and first drafts. Our collaboration is a permanent testing ground for new AI tools and processes. What proves useful is integrated into projects and can then be tested, adapted and developed further together with the client’s team on site.
