From F5netlive to f5 service design - we celebrate 5 years!
We changed our name from F5netlive to f5 digital service design agency. Last Thursday we celebrated the fifth anniversary in the style of the 50s with many guests!
Why the 50s?
This era marks the era of an excellent service: the first passenger planes took off for undiscovered lands and passengers were treated like royalty.
Today, services have changed in many ways: everything is digitized and transferred towards the consumer. Self check-out at the supermarket, self check-in at the airport. In this way, consumers are fighting their way through the countless possibilities of this digitized and technologized world.
First class service? A fail!
With our anniversary and the rebranding, we have made it to our mission to revive the service in times of digital transformation and, ideally, artificially intelligently.
We were also able to give presentations. Dani Niklaus, Nadja Hipp and Leo Graf were on stage. The event was moderated by Lilian Wehrle. The musical accompaniment of the evening was provided by the talented Manuel Gygax, who enchanted the guests with his Elvis vibes. And a huge thank you to all guests and companions of the f5 agency!
